More tips on using up leftovers. This time we look at that  half a block of marzipan and a handful of blanched almonds…

Simply break off small lumps of marzipan and mould them around a blanched almond – cover in melted chocolate and presto!  (You can also use glace cherries, dates, dried apricots, chocolate chips or any other flavour of choice as the centres – whatever needs using up.)
